Kontribusi dana PNPM – SPP (Simpan Pinjam Perempuan) Terhadap Perekonomian Keluarga Miskin Di Kecamatan X Koto Diatas, Kabupaten Solok

Abstract

PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan is a program to accelerate poverty reduction in an integrated and sustainable way . The general objective of PNPM is the increasing
prosperity and employment opportunities of the rural poor by encouraging independence and decision-making performance development . The research was conducted in UPK (
Kecamata Development Unit ) X Koto subdistrict PNPM Above Solok. Starting on May 20, 2010 to October 2, 2010. Data collection Methodologies used are : Library Research and Field Research while the instrument of data collection by interviews and questionnaires. The population of this research is all SPP NPM funds in the District X. Above Koto, for Random Sampling Techniques Layered (Stratified random Sampling). There are two methods of data analysis used were : 1 ) a description of the analytical method qualitative analysis means to find emerging relationships among the data, so that a description of each data group can be explained 2 ) Method of quantitative analysis to determine whether the PNPM - SPP had an impact on the economy of the family Kecamatan poor in X Koto Above calculated using the wilcoxon Signed Test sequence (the Signed Rank Test). The calculation results obtained To < T table , then H0 is rejected, then the Ha accepted, which Ha acceptable means SPP – PNPM contributed to poor families in District X Koto Diatas.
