The Influence of Factors The Carrier Development of Kubung Sub Districk Regency Solok

Abstract

This research is background overshadow to lower the of education, training and staffing employee its impact to carrier development. This research use the quantitative method where data obtained in field to transformation in to number so that can be by a statistical calculation. Population and this sampel research is all employee of sub districk of regency Solok wich is all amounting to 35 people or total sampling. Data analysed by using regression analysis. Result of research lay open that: (1) there are influence which significan by togethere from education, training and staffing to carrier development, (2) thera are influence significan from comitment, experience, mount the education and motivate to ability of manajerial head by parsial is education, training and staffing to have an effect on the significan of carrier development. From thie research result is suggested that by a head can improve the education, traingin and staffing employee Kubung of sub districk regency Solok.
