Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap kinerja Karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Utama BPD Sumatera Barat
Abstract
We know that employee performance can influence by job stres, motivation and job satisfaction. Company is needed to improve the employee performance in order to archive the competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of job stres, motivation and job satisfaction toward employee performance. The research is done in Bank Nagari Cabang Utama BPD Sumatera Barat Padang. The sampling method that is used the Simple Random Sampling. The were 62 questiionnaires distributed, however only 56 were appropriate for analysis. Data analysis utilized multiple regression analysis. The result of research found that stress and motivation are significantly affect the employee performance, while jon satisfaction do not correlate isn't it with employee performance.
