Kajian Proses Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Untuk Memenangkan Persaingan Pada BPRS XYZ

Abstract

One of theh appropriate measurements in handling employee issues through apparaisal performance analysis. This study aims at determining the methos of employee appraisal performance process to win the competition on the BPRS XYZ. Is the type of research conducted field reseach (field research) is describing the performance appraisal of employee at PT. SRB XYZ. Techniques of data collection in this study is observation, interviews, documentation. The result showed that the judgment has given a positive value for the company due to the targets given to employees in general achieved.
