Abstract


This study aims to determine the influencer of organizational culture on teacher performance, the effect of teacher certification together onn teacher performance. The population in this study was the teacher of Padang Panjang MAN at Least 39 people and entirely used as a simple study. For purpose of analysis, data were collected through questionnaires spread further in though descriptive, validity, relability, correlation and muliple regression. Descriptive analysis of the result obstained that the data is normally spread, all variable are reliable as a research instrument. Correlation analysis showed that organizational culture had a weak level of correlation as compared to certification on teacher performance, but both are positively correlated. Regression analysis that partially explains the organizational culture significantly affects the performance of teachers, while the teacher certification was also significantly. Organizational culture and teacher certification simultaneously significant effect on teacher performance with determination coeficient of 28,6%. MAN teachers suggested MAN Gunung Padang Panjang has a strong desire to develop organizational culture and leadership can not be separted from the developer, forming and heir to the culture of the organization, in addition to it that teachers are ancounraged to be the best, then provision of certification must be adapted to the standears and rules thath apply. This recommendation is based on the findings in this study which shows that the low variation of organizational culture and teacher certification on teacher performance.
