Pengaruh Kepuasan Atas Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank BNI Cabang Panyambungan Kabupaten Madina
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction on loyality marketing mix for Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) branch of panyambungan Kabupaten Madina customers. This type of research is to direct research using primary data obtained by distributing questionaires to Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) panayambungan Kabupaten Madina branch customers as a sample. THis study population is all of Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) branch of panyambungan customers of 4767 people. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data processing done in two ways is by editing and processing continued with the computer by using SPSS for windows versi 11.5 package.
