Anugrah Citra Ilahi Padang have strated directional and as according to accomplishment of requirement in taking care of employees composition of manajerial operational and. With existence of training and education which is program and progress hence knowledge and skill thinking employees will mount broaderly, so that employees will motivat to do its work and adapt to change that happened. Improving activity motivation will generate the spirit of activity so that later will be able to improve performance.
