Spiritualitas Tempat Kerja dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Sikap Kerja: Sebuah Review Literatur

Abstract

This article discusses a review of the literature on workplace spirituality which influences several work attitudes. Workplace spirituality makes a significant contribution to organizational literature. Workplace spirituality as an important component of the human experience includes a more holistic relationship with work, a relationship that reflects a greater need for fulfillment and completeness in everyday life experiences. Workplace spirituality has a direct impact on employee work attitudes such as organizational commitment and engagement. Workplace spirituality is proposed as an inherent driving factor of individuals to fulfill their intrinsic need to find meaning and connectedness with the community in which they belong, positively impacting mental health and loyalty to the organization.

Artikel ini membahas studi literatur tentang spiritualitas tempat kerja yang membawa pengaruh terhadap beberapa sikap kerja. Spiritualitas tempat kerja memberikan kontribusi yang signifkan terhadap literatur organisasi. Spiritualitas tempat kerja sebagai komponen penting dari pengalaman manusia mencakup hubungan yang lebih holistik dengan pekerjaan, hubungan yang mencerminkan kebutuhan akan pemenuhan dan kelengkapan yang lebih besar dalam pengalaman hidup sehari-hari. Spiritualitas tempat kerja berdampak langsung terhadap sikap kerja karyawan seperti komitmen organisasional dan engagement. Spiritualitas tempat kerja diusulkan sebagai faktor pendorong inheren individu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan intrinsiknya dalam  menemukan makna dan keterhubungan dengan komunitas dimana dirinya berada, berdampak positif terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan serta loyalitas terhadap organisasi.
