PENILAIAN KINERJA PADA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD. STUDI KASUS : SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU EKONOMI HAJI AGUS SALIM BUKITTINGGI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap : 1) Kinerja keuangan
pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi; 2) Kinerja Stakeholders pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi; 3) Kinerja Internal Bisnis pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi; 4) Kinerja Pembelajaran dan Pengembangan pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi; 5) Kinerja Total pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi dengan sampel 85 orang dari mahasiswa, 9 orang dari karyawan, beserta pimpinan dan manajemen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisa adalah “Balanced Scorecard”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kinerja dari Perspektif Keuangan adalah sangat baik atau excellent; 2) Kinerja dari Perspektif Stakeholders adalah sangat baik atau excellent; 3) Kinerja dari Perspektif Internal Bisnis adalah baik; 4) Kinerja dari Perspektif Pembelajaran dan Pengembangan adalah baik; 5) Kinerja Total adalah baik. Berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh maka untuk mengingkatkan kinerja dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi maka disarankan berbagai perbaikan seperti : 1) Melakukan peningkatan di berbagai bidang untuk mendapatkan Akreditasi yang; 2) Melakukan investasi dan perbaikan kepada infrastruktur pendukung perkuliahan seperti ruang belajar, kamar mandi, dan sarana pendukung lainnya; 3) Melakukan pelatihan terhadap karyawan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan terutama pelatihan terhadap kepemimpinan.
