The Influence Factors of Quality Service in Lubuk Sikaping Hospital at Pasaman Regency
Abstract
The function of this research is knowing the factoes which influence service quality in the Lubuk Sikaping Hospital at Pasaman regency. The hipotesis from this research are: 1) Has the significant influence of leadership for service quality. 2) Has the significant competition for services quality. 3) has the significant for service quality. The sample of research is 132 people with total sampling. The linier of regension of analysis technic. Summrize from this research concluded has the significant influence of laedership, competition and motivation for service quality. Research give advice to the leader to involve the employee to work hard and also competition and motivation.
