Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Unit Kerja Kantor Camat Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang dengan Budaya Organisasi Sabagai variabel Moderating
Abstract
This research is a quetionnaire survey with deeply interview to 91 employee who work in Pauh sub-district unit, the research abjective is to examine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance, and also to see organizational culture as a moderating variable. The type of research is descriptive-explanatory with a quantitative approach. The results showed a positive effect between leadership style, employee motivation with employee performance, and the positive influence of leadership style on organizational performance when moderated by organizational culture. While motivational variables give negative impact on performance after having moderate by organizational culture.
