Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Ekspor Perusahaan di Propinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 1984-2003

Abstract

This study examines the influence factors ofexport performance in north sumatera in 1984-2003. Research design is explorative-case study approach, sample are consists of 42 exporters by simple random sampling where located in Medan Munipacility. The statistic method is used io determine the research hypothesis is multiple regression with backward method. Overall, the empirical findings show that human resources training and workshop have significant and positive relationship to export performance in north sumatera in 1984-2003. Mean while, reward, skilled and experienced labor, product adaptation, export planning, export expectations, export facilities by government policy, and export promotion by government policy are not significant 10 export performance in north sumatera in 1984-2003.
